This nearly 700 m2 mansion has been designed for a property in Tartu county, on the eastern bank of Amme river.
Inspired by Estonian manor house architecture, the house consists of central two-story living part and adjacent one-story wing for garage and sauna premises. In the back of the mansion there is a large uncovered terrace which provides a breathtaking view to Amme river.
The facades are of hand-made red bricks, granite base and roof is covered with clay tiles.
